Hello All!!

I am an exparent of ibambini, Gurgaon (and a very satisfied one at that)!! I am indeed proud to let you know that they have been awarded the ' Best preschool in Gurgaon\" award by Times Rsearch. Tought of posting this piece as I was replying to another parent' s request for advice regarding the school. My best wishes to the ibambini team who did wonders for my son and worked very hard with him, while showering him with love and attention!! Three cheers to ibambini! Radha replied. As a parent, my experience with ibambini has been very bad. Here are the most disturbing events :

1. In that 1 year that my child was in the school, 5 teachers changed. New teachers take time to settle in mid session. Though the teachers were understanding, the attitude of the administration was pathetic to say the least. On complaining, I was told to withdraw my child if I wish to. With fees already paid and six months past, I had no option but to carry on.

2. The owner' s daughter has become the school incharge now. And here it gets even worse. We were charged a high amount for stationery. But when we received the work sheets of my child, it was found to be on a used paper.
Again when I enquired, I was given the same answer. This is how it is, take it or leave it.

3. The splash pool activity of the school in highly unhygenic. In my child' s class four other students reported infection along with my child. After second time it happenned, I withdrew my child from the splash pool activity. I was informed by one of the maid that there is no cleaning process in the school.

These are but just a few points.

Needless to say, any parent that is ready to zip their mouth and bear with the rude behaviour of the administration should consider this school.

When we shifted here two years back we put our elder daughter in a big school, when last year I went there for my younger daughter they told me she has a speech problem, does not know a lot of things etc. We literally panicked as we were very sure that she would get through atleast as a sibling.
Then I came across reviews about learning lighthouse The first thing that impressed me was the confidence they showed assuring me that every child takes its own time.And today when my child has completed a year with them there is a sea change in her
I can vote for Learninglighthouse as being one of the finest play school in Gurgaon.
