I sent all my papers date June 1st week. Their interview is in mid Aug. Do I have to send the papers(ones with dates atleast) again to have latest dates, I read that doc cant be more than 30dys old. I am talking abt the bank statements, bank letter, Invitation letters, Employment Letters, PayStubs etc which have Dates on them.
Pls do let me know what ur all doing.
Also I heard that there is a possibility of their interview being preponned. Have u heard of this? I am checking daily in the TTSWebsite to see if its preponned.
Also do we need any other special document for the Interview. Also my hub dont have his Birth Cert, is it ok? We jus sent the Passport and GC.
Ur thot on this appreciated.

is it true that the doc shld not be more than 30 days old,coz we sent the papers in may and the interview is scheduled by aug end.

I am also exactly in the same boat. I send my papers in May and they got interview date on Aug 21st.

Hi Bargavi

I have taken the appointment for my parents for july 9th, and will send the latest paper june end.
I also didn't have my birth certificate which was required for some other purpose, so I got an affidavit made from India stating my birth details. His parents in India can do that for him, he doesn't have to be present there. But I think there shouldn't be any problem if he doesn't have it.
