Aches and Pains:shoulder ache

Name: m hi,
My son is 10 mths old now. I had a normal delivery.But I get a pain in my right shoulder since delivery. At night, it gets worse and my right hand feels heavy. Has anyone gone through the same? any cure or exercise?

shoulder pain cure

hi,
i also had this problem after my delivery,
and it gets worse if u sleep in AC.
it also increases if u r using the mouse(computer part).
i got relief from it by doing some shoulder excersise like rotating ,lifting up n down.it pains a lot in starting but gradually this helps.try it n if it didn' t help let me know

I had a normal delivery five days back. I started having abdominal pains two days back. It was unbearable. I consulted with my gynec who just gave me pain medicines.
