Womens Issues:Wake up time!

Hi,
This is regarding the comfort of sleep,
I wake up at 5.30AM... but iam not working but the thing is my husband has to go to office at 7.30 Am and i have to prepare lunch too for him, if i get up half an hour late iam not able to make it for him.
ANd also i want to know whether waking up early is good for health?
Bcos when i wake up early i feel sleppy and tired till noon, but when i get up at 7AM on sundays i feel fresh? y is this difference?
and what techniques u use to get up early without feeling tired?
pls suggest

everybody' s body clock is different.

Your body might be more comfortable getting up at 7 am than 6:30 am..its as simple as that...

As Chameli suggested, prepare some stuff the night before so you dont have to slog so much in the morning...

Madhu,

Try to sleep in the night as early as possible. Try to do sex everyday before your sleep, which will make you to get tired and will lead to to good sleep.TRY THIS ONE WEEK AND SEE THE RESULT.

Good sex, early sleep and early rise are the main secrets of successfull families.

Hi

U can do some preparations at night.Like cleaning and cutting veggies,grinding in mixie and put in the fridge.And which ever u think takes long time to cook(eg dhal) can be cooked and put in the fridge.Plan ur schedule so that it ' ll be easy.Make sure that u have only little saute ing and cooking rice to do in the morning.Also as soon as u wake up get the things out of the fridge and allow it little time to come to room temperature and then cook.

Previously i used to sleep till 9' 0' clock.Like i don' t have to be up so soon.Now for a month i am waking up at 6 in the morning and i feel very good.As soon as i wake up i open the doors for ventilation.Switch on the heater & prepare coffee and have it while i wait for the heater to be ready.This coffee kick starts my day.Then i take a nice warm shower and do some pooja.Cook bf & lunch at a stretch and that' s it.

Earlier i used to think there' s nothing good like sleeping till 9 but now i have realised how nice it is to be awake at this time.
