We are torn between 3 schools in the Kondhwa area for our daughter who' ll be going to Sr. Kg / Prep next year. We have shortlisted 3 schools.

DPS: Many positives. Big negative is that admissions to prep start only on March 11th 2010 based on the few seats that will fall vacant due to departures. Seems too risky to wait.

Vibgyor: Good teacher student ratio, good philosophy, not stressful for child, etc. Negatives: Seems a little too pricey, needless use of aircons in all rooms seems very elitist.

Rewachand bhojwani academy: A very nurturing environment for the child, emphasis on all round growth, likely to have children from different backgrounds, etc. Negatives: Maharashtra board + school' s laid back attitude together may not be the best in the long term, minimal play area, no bus.

We have rejected schools such as Bishop Undri, St. Marys, etc.

Admissions begin this week. RBA is tomorrow while Vibgyor is on Wednesday. So we have less than 24 hours to finalize our decisions.

Could you please let me know what you ended up choosing and why? Very soon i am too going to be in the same situation. My kid is now 16 months old and wanted to start the search for school soon. I stay i Pashan area.
