Aches and Pains:loosing a lot of hair after delivery

Name: Pinky mukherjee hi all..
i had my c sec delivery 7 months back and since then i am loosing my hairs doc said that it is due to harmonal changes but i am v. worried how long i have to wait to get it back to normal??
my hairs were already v thin, and now i ' ve lost almost 30 of it plll help!

hi pinky,
every woman who has delivered a baby goes thro this i also faced it but believe me ure hair vil grow back,dont stress out ,eat healthy have lots of iron and calcuim its good r your hair and drink lots of water.

I had a normal delivery five days back. I started having abdominal pains two days back. It was unbearable. I consulted with my gynec who just gave me pain medicines.
