Name: sumi i am 27yrs old,5.6ft ,75kg i have irregular periods,if i take tablet (duphaston)only i get periods r else no and have big tummy too,i am having tyroid at starting stage i am undertreatment,i want to reduce my weight atleast 20kg .i am at uae now my doctor suggested me to take reductil capsules for 28days to reduce weight is it safe to use,will i get any side effects if i take,how long i should i continue.if i stop taking will i gain my weight again,plz guide

Hi sumi,

Try to reduce your weight by brisk walking and do exercise at home in morning and evening.

I was having the same problems and it made much difficulties for conceiving my children.

If you are in Abu Dhabi and facing any infertility problems try to get treatment in Corniche Hospital, don' t go to any small clinics. From our experience always get treatment in Hospitals having all facilities. Small clinics don' t do anything except taking your money, WASTING YOUR TIME and prescribing some medicines. I don' t want to write more about small clinics who are looting people all around the world.

I am staying in Uae (ras al khaimah)i have 2yr old baby,its difficult for me to go walking .i cnt leave him alone and go, on one r there to takecare of him,i do execerise everyday.anyhow thanks for ur care and advice.

yes reductile helps in reducing weight, I had tried it b4 that was with excersice. For me it was safe but too expensive 2 continue. I just tried 4 1 month and I reduce 3kg, after that the process was too slow.
