Hi,

This is my 7th month going on and I just wanted to know what is good for baby' s skin and brain development. Is it the Badam milk or Saffron milk.
And how much quantity should be taken.

Can anybody suggest me the best thing for the babys development.

just take some some vitamin b complex tablets.
and stop worrying about the colour of your baby, no amount of haldi, saffron or badam is going to change the colour of your infant. Only chromosome can determine his colour. he/she wont be lighter than both your wife and husband, or darker.

hi Gauri,

Thanks for ur early response but I am more concerned about the Badam milk and Saffron milk as it is going to be started in my diet. Regarding the dry friuts, I have already started taking them.

Kindly let me know.

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
