Latha, I can empathise with your situation and can imagine how much you miss your mom at a time like this.
Firstly try to eat something dry like a cracker or a piece of toast, don' t drink liquids like milk first thing in the morning if you are nauseous, the dry cracker will settle your stomach. Go to any webiste that tells you about the 4 food groups for expectant moms. Join a Lamaze class, you will meet other moms who are pregnant and learn a lot about physical and emotional selfcare and see yourself doing so much better. Also, this idea we have in India that you have to drink so much milk.... yes you do need it for the teeth and bone development of your baby but at the stage you are now, the first trimester, eat what you like, fruit, some milk, even dahi or yogurt is a great form of easily digestible milk. Breakfast is important and as your pregnancy progresses you will find it easier to eat, Your apetite will increase in the 2nd trimester. Its better to eat 4-5 small meals than 3 big regular meals.
Importantly, read up from good practical sites about pregnancy and look for support in the area where you live.

first 3 motnhs nausea is at peak you can understand if you dont eat well, but you are supppose to gain weight from 2 semeester and 3rds sem, your lunch is good but your bf and dinner is nothing ,
ideal bf for a preg woman is 2 slices of bread 2 boiled eggs and one glass of milk , bf is very imporatant , so is dinner coz for eight hours you wont be eating anything,
what you can do is have lil after every 2 hours you can have fruits or juice or raw veg like cucumber ..etc salads you baby is growing now
i use to have dal rice with lots of cucmber bcoz i use to hate veg and i cudnt eat dal rice like that , you have to find out what you can eat

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
