my boy always forgets the things that i told him to do like always close the cap of toothpaste, spread your towl after bath, do the brush nicely, washing hands properly ,while doing all these things he is always in a hurry. i many times told him to take care even i threatened him i f u dont listen i wont let you watch tv and wont give u any new toys and i even did that many times but he will be fine for 2 days and then again same thing. pl. help what i can do for him so that he take these basic things nicely.

Take him to the bathroom and make sure he washes his hands then make him spread his towel close the toothpaste cap etc but do it together. Make it like time together. When you sit to together talk about good behavior and how important it is . Instill it in him. Dont yell at. reward him for good behaviour only. But dont take away tv because he has not done it. Try this if.... when he forgets leave the cap undone towel as it etc. But when he comes to ask to watch tv say ok great u can watch tv BUT first u must clean up what I told u then do with him and help him do it eg hold half the towel and fold together, give him the toothpaste tube and cap ad say plz just close this. Once this is done smile and tell him ok all done now u can watch tv. If you do this each day he will soon realise that mummy makes me do this before watching tv so i am missing my favourite program. Give him 3 months and i assure u it will become him behaviour because he would then rather do it when he is free than do it when his tv show is on. PS make it a rule he asks u before watching tv each time. figure out his most favourite show and daily do this routine at the same time. goodluck and remember he isa child u r blessed and ur patience will go a long way . all the best y dear

Our weight loss story
We were killing ourself with food, and we both were suffering from diabetes. After the surgery we are two whole new people. We act, walk and talk differently. We are finally feeling the way we were meant to feel. We are able to walk, dance, work and do other things without needing to sit down every few minutes. Weight loss surgery is not a diet…. it is a whole new life! ... - Meghana Prabhu [View Message]
RE:not gaining weight
Hi dear the best way is to make your child do exercise and by doing this he will get hungry and will start having food and at the same time you can also start giving food which are rich in protein and fibre so that he filled with all those food and don't forget to give him a glass of milk with pediasure..
