need help in calculating the ovulation days.My period dates is around 14th to 19th every month.

You get ovulation strips in the market. Also you can check ur body temp. There are ovulation calculators online. Its usually 14 days before your next period

Hi checked in to calculate but not getting can anyone help my Start Date and End date Spetember 3rd - 8th,
october 28th - 2nd, November 23rd- 29th, December 26th - 2nd, can you tell me my ova days please. Also is it ok to have hard sex during and after this time.

not like this dear ss. you have to calculate ur cycle. then only ovulution days can be calculated .take the help of google-take one website it will calculate for you
