Name: jojo nair Hi everyone out there.I am in real mess. Please help me. I am trying to conceive for the the last 8 months but with no results. I have few queries . 1)During sx which is the best position to conceive. Does position really matters. My husband likes me to be on top.Can I conceive doing sx like this.
2)What is the utility of folic acid in conceiving.How best we can get it.
3)My periods were regularand I had a cycle of 28/30 days but for the last few months I am having a cycle of 35/38 days.why is it like this?
Someone out there answer me and please clear my doubts as Iam really desperate and frustrated.

Folic acid ist considered important as its deficiency is know to couse birth defects. There are tablets available or naturally its present in coriander and mint.

Dear,
I can totally understand,but please don't stress urself as stress also plays a key role,don't think about it much keep urself busy.
First yes ur hubby on top is good and best method to conceive,try keeping pillow under ur butt and ur legs up for few min don't get up immediately.
Folic acid is good if ur planning to have a baby,prenatal is the tablet which contains folic acid,it will make ur utreaus strong for babys growth and also for baby's development,and growth,u should take one tablet a day.

Periods will change due to harmonel imbalance since ur having regular periods don't worry but u can always visit doc for best advice.
Try doing on 14th day before ur period starts,it is before ur period calculate backward,from the day before ur period starts, ie the day when u ovalate u can know when ur ovalating,u will have white like egg discharge,thats the day u ovulate so try to do it then,avoid doing before u ovalate,chances of conceiving will be more.
