I think you should make a list of the factors or the qualities you really want the donor to have like the height, skin colour, educational qualifications and etc. These factors are very important when it comes to these things.

Contact people only when you thing that they are not just fooling around with you and could actually be considered as donors. The better option would always be to visit banks and collecting a list of donors from them and then selecting.

Its very important to know that the person sending you his details is a genuine donor and not just a thug as things done online are often not 100% genuine. Make sure all the details given to you by the donor are true specially his medical reports.

Ask for the list of donors and their background information from the bank. Background information is very important as due to the donors genes your child is likely to have the donor's characters in him too. So be careful while choosing.
