I n my wife had not been able to have a baby since the last two years.

I did Semen Analysis about 1.5 years ago and these were my results
Voume: 0.5ml
PH: Alkaline
Count: 60 Million/Cumm
Active Motile: 25
Non Active Motile: 55
Sluggish Motile: 20
Normal Morphology: 40
Abnormal Morphology: 60

From the last one year i changed my lifestyle completely. I stopped smoking, drinking, started spending 2 hours every day in Gym, reduced my workload and spent quality time relaxing and elongating my hours of sleep to ~8 hours every day. I tried to remain happy in my life, though due to frequent fighting with my wife, that is the only thing probably which i couldn' t do.

Last week, I did repeated the same test from the same hospital and these were my results

Voume: 3ml
PH: Alkaline
Count: 100 Million/Cumm
Active Motile: 30
Non Active Motile: 40
Sluggish Motile: 30
Normal Morphology: 70
Abnormal Morphology: 30

Please correct me if i am wrong, but I believe the most important factor is ACTIVE MOTILE , which i saw was the same after making such a drastic change in lifestyle.

Could somebody please decipher the results i.e., is my sperm quality still almost as bad as it was an year ago for us to have a baby. What else can i do? I guess i changed my lifestyle upside down still not much difference.

Report looks good to me. I think it is all about your habits and your stress management. You should work on changing your lifestyle and giving more time to yourself and your body. I wish you luck for future.
