Hi,

I am from Bangalore and my 2.5 years old daughter goes to Eurokids here. We will be going to London shortly for 2 years and have to look for a school there.

We will be probably staying in Eastham as it' s going to be close to my husband' s work place.
I am looking for a good and affordable school there. Please let me know if anybody residing there is sending their kids to such schools.

I will be leaving on Oct 3rd and when can I admit her to a school there?

Dear Smitha-In UK, you can send your child to Nursery in a Govt school near home. Usually school begins in 1st week of Sep, so if you want to choose between some schools, you have to approach earlier. There is a website (I tried pasting the link here but this is not allowed)-do a google search and there is a site with words \" Direct Gov\" in it which is Govt of UK website. In that if you enter the pincode of where your house is, it will list all schools near by. You can even send an email to the schools saying you will be coming in Oct. But you have to go in person later to apply. Schools are rated by a team called OFSTED which helps you identify the good ones near home.Let me know if you have any doubts.
