iam i my 29th week now.all on a sudden i hav become irritable.i get angry for no reason and start screaming.i also cry for teh slightest thing.i ahve taken to eating unneccesarliy.
aslo dont get me wrong pls but suddenly i a have just started disliking my baby.iam so cruel,i hate me also.i wish i was dead.i hate my hubby also.iam goin nuts.
this is my first prego. wanna know if the u/s performed at 28th week could go wrong?can i rely on it.?

Hi Reshmi...
just take it easy..when u r tempered ..just try to think abt something abt which u like/some good incidnets which make u feel happy after thinking of them!And also yoga n mediation alos helps. That will be just for some seconds and will pass off-u need to control at tht time which is important! Just do take care.. soon ur swt n cutee baby will be in ur arms!

my dear pls take it easy. its just a phase n it shall pass soon.. dnt blame urself. all shud be fine. do some meditation or watch funny movies n think positive..

even i m in my 29th week now ...and as such i m also going so irritable wht to say ..i feel as the tummy grows one cant bear the weight n then again restless night sleep as have to go peeeing every hour n then ...even i cry for slight thg even when there is no such thg ..but wht to do its jst a part of prgncy n role of hormones ..but i my case as such i dont hate my baby but ya my hubby ..i feel he is become careless though he cares a lot ..i feel at this stage we need more attention ..n this will increase in 9th mth you will feel u cant bear any more ..though its my 1st pregncy too but i hear it all time frm my friends ..so jst try to relax ..take as much rest as you can ..n also try some meditation or yogic technique if you can find it on net ..or when ever you feel to cry jst close the roomm n close ur eyes n sit for 10 mins ..u will reaally feel relax ..the open ur eyes keep a smile on face n talk lovely thgs to ur baby ..try it out

Sorry Reshmi. Its quite normal in pregnancy that hormone levels changes a lot. As a matter of fact, we always have this problem while preriods, pregnancy, menopose always...this is give by god to us only.

Any way...with my first pregnancy it was terrible to me. I felt always why I was living and what for?
always used to have discussions and ends with fight with my hubby (thought that wasn´ t his fault). With my first pregnancy, I never shared these with any one...so never had suggesions. I am glad you did share and getting comments on this.

Now I am in my 29th week too. This is my 2nd pregnancy. I see a big change in me from my first pregnancy is, whenever I get anger I try to think and control my moods. Gettings anger is not only to the family, it is not good for the unborn baby. Baby will get same mentality from us. For our famly sake and for our sake we need to control our moods/temper.

As Vidhi said, I am sure yoga, meditaion helps a lot. Go for a walk every day in the evening and enjoy listing music or meet your friends frequently.
In my first pregnancy I used to listen to Bhagavatam, slokas and more devotiaonal songs.
Don´ t worry. We all are in same boat. Talk to the people whom you like most, like mom,dad, sister etc.

Good Luck Reshmi ....remember after all we are doing this for our kids....we want them to grow well....they are our life....

horlicks with milk
i know for sure horlicks is absolutely fine with milk.. but in pregnancy i was adviced to have mother' s horlicks since it has DHA and some other stuff that are good for the baby...
