Hi guys this my very 1st time when I'm writing something here, although I've been reading almost all the messages and they r very helpful too. I want to know has any1 of u heard abt the site wwwdotindiadietsdotcom? this site provides lots of useful info over weight loss and other health issue AND it also claims to get u loosen up by 1kg in a week period thru their dietitian's Customized diet food plan on individual basis. if any1 of u ever heard of this from ur friend or somewhere else or tried this, so please please let me know ur views abt it, that would be very helpful since I've been thinking for going it lately. I live in USA.

Yes, i do agree with you that Indiadiets is a very very useful and informative site. I had taken their IHP Weight Loss Program C and am one of their satisfied clientele. The Diet Plan and the conduct of the whole plan was very much personalized and was customized very finely to my every minute requiremnt. The Dietician assigned to me too real pains to explain me wherever i needed her advice and the results i got were marvellous. Infact the results were better than what were promised i.e. i could lose 17 kgs without a hitch and am a totally changed woman now...more energetic and more confident.. I whole heartedly recommend Indiadiets to you or anyone who is looking for weight loss. byeeeee Shalini

hi i have heard of this diet plan.
i havent tried it. but i wanted to lose some pounds for my wedding. i took three servings of dairy products a day while exserising, and eating five small meals a day. the key is to eat small healthy meals to raise your metabilism. thats what helps you lose the pounds quickly and safely.and the other thing is to walk around alot. like if you are at work, when you are on the phone try putting the call on the speaker and walk around ( if you have a closed office door) it helps also if you work like in a down town area try walking to get lunch ( dont eat until you think you are full, eat just enough to be \";not Hungery\"; )
thats another problem most people have. they think that they have to eat until their pants are almost bursting.
the stomach is roughly the size of your hand closed. it doesnt take much to fill it. and drink water instead of soda.try to put some lemon in it also. that helps for some kind of taste. and when you get home from work. if you have children take them for walks or go to the park. and play with them. dont just sit and watch. it will be alot of fun to join in.if you dont have children or they are too grown to go to the park. then just go for a walk either with your hubby or a girl friend. ( women normally helps more we talk tooo much making that short walk 2 or 3 miles.) my friends and i do that every day in the evening.
