Dear All, I want to let you know that Mothers Pride provides the best care, love and learning skills to young ones.My daughter in 1 year has learnt so much over here be it rhymes, writing, dancing, music,yoga ,painting, drawing, so many things.

Where in the present world there is no pomp and show, where there is no advertising or marketing, isn' t everybody business minded today.

We should be fortunate to have such a nice school in our vicinity to give our kids a new learning atmosphere.

one bad example should not blame the whole organisation as faulty, there are many facets of each object.

I will highly recommend Mothers Pride for delhi kids.

Im a mother of a 2 year old and am apalled to read Dalbir' s experience..Its quite obvious that you are a member of staff. But to read your mail..\" just one experience does render an orgaisation bad\" is even more shocking...For you guys this may be one incident (though if you scroll back on this forum, you will read several other mails of parents who have had other horrifying experiences with Mothers Pride)..but for a parent it is their precious child they are talking about..when will you guys understand that these are young, impressionable lives that parents entrust in your hand, not potatoes or onions to be “handled.” Do you even have a conscience…But then most of the PYTs in Mothers’ Pride are just smooth talkers, they are not even married, forget about being Mothers…and with Ms. Sudha Gupta at the helm of affairs, whose husband was involved in a criminal case for siphoning off crores of rupees while working with the govt…what else can one expect…Only wish she had chosen some other industry rather than playing with young, gullible lives….Sad!

I understand that you might have had a real good experience with Mothers Pride- I also did a good research on all nearby playschools before deciding on Mothers Pride – Their fees is approx 150% higher than other branded schools & I agree they provide good infrastructure but only that is not enough. My case shows that there is a big loop hole in their security arrangements which you do not expect after paying that EXTRA bit of money. This also highlights some of aspects of school such as training & development of support staff where the Mothers Pride administration have failed to instill basic ethics – This may be due to various reasons ranging from low /untimely salaries & appraisals, overstaffing of unqualified or underqualified staff due to pressure from many branches controlled by H.O. The one which I could really figure out from my discussion with the Branch Incharge, in which she knowingly or unknowingly disclosed that they were not able take the issue directly with the maid which most possibly could have removed the earrings of my daughter is because the maids have high level of unity amongst them all- which seemed to be a fear of Mothers pride admin team hence they were hesitant to take ANY action against anyone. This means that it’s us “the parents” who have to compromise with the situation. Since all this is happened & I was not ready to compromise security of my child I have applied to withdraw the admission. Also I had discussion with one of the TOP member (Someone very near to Mrs Sudha Gupta) of the school who plainly told me that it is completely OUR fault to let the child wear gold earrings, that moment I decided that the school administration seriously lacks in terms of basic ethics & sense of responsibility.

Usually there are times when our character, temprament, attitute, greed, honesty etc is tested through various situations which we encounter in normal routine of our lives & that is how our character builds- most of these attributes of our character are a showcase of ethics we follow. You may like agree with me that one gets to see the true colors of someone only when some unusual situations like this happens & this is the thin line of difference which makes you stand apart in real terms from all others & forms bases of trust & creates confidence.

I only wanted to let everybody know about what happened with us, rest is upto the community to decide best for their own loved ones… by the way I have recordings of my conversation with branch incharge & written emails (on which I never got any reply from the caring staff of mothers pride) which backs up all what I have written is \" Truth\" Believe it or Not…
