Any feedback for INDUS World School, Gurgaon.Its a new school coming up in DLF Ph IV(a career launcher school.I really liked the philosophy and fee structure but since it would be Ist batch this year, I need some feedback.

As a mom, my delight is in the fact that unlike many other schools, here English is the medium of instruction between mentor and mentees,this is a very big commitment that IWS abides by. We have moved to Gurgaon recently and as is the lot of all parents of kids ready for nursery admissions- we spent countless hours/days looking out/shortlisting possible schools for our son.

It was quite by chance that we stumbled upon IWS Gurgaon. What we really liked about the school was the amount of time the school authorities and members of the Career Launcher Group (This is a CL initiative)spent with parents explaining their philosophy, teaching methodology (sample maths & English classes were conducted). They also spent an hour answering questions of parents.

The session was so encouraging that we decided to enroll our child at IWS. I have also taken feedback from parents who have seen the IWS in Indore & Hyderabad. They had only good things to say. Hope this helps you in your decision making process

Renu Kulkarni replied. A HOME AWAY FROM HOME will best describe the INDUS WORLD SCHOOL. The school is a perfect balance & blend of progressive i.e. no books no bags no homework concept & the traditional or conventional methodology. The school the moment you enter emits positive vibes & the same is shown on the facial expression the body language of the children & the mentors. Every child’s individual needs whether emotional, social or educational are very well taken care of.
The mentors in the school are not like the traditional conventional stone faced teachers. They are easily accessible & receptive to any suggestion which will help the children in their growth. The school believes in turning out good human beings who also excel in the academics & other fields.
The school takes due care & always keeps in mind an individual child’s interest his strengths & weaknesses & does not believe in pushing or forcing things on the child. The school has decided on a very small ratio of mentor student which means that every child is taken care of individually. Children here are kept close to the customs & traditions but also can sing & appreciate Western music. All the festivals are celebrated with the same amount of enthusiasm. The children are taught to introspect if they do something wrong instead of being punished.
Thus in nutshell it can be said that INDUS World School ideally provides whatever we as parents want to inculcate in our children our prime concern being before anything they should be good human beings who should be able to stand upright & fight for their right & whatever is right
Dr. Anil Mavila replied. We have been with the IWS group of schools for more than a year now, and our daghter goes to the Gurgaon school. She loves her school, nd we are very happy to see her blossoming there. It is a great place for children to discover themselves. Definitely give it 2 thumbs-up! Sanjay replied. I went to the school today and I did get a very good vibe about the place .I really liked the director and the other staff .Would like to get your feedback as well ..that is if u did put your child in there.
