What does this mean

OLIGO NECROZOO SPERMIA

what does this decease mean and cure of it. being with ill can I be pregnant.?

There is little difficulty understanding name of the disorder you mentioned. It seems that disorder menetioned by you is a combination of two abnormal sperm counts.
If you do not know here is for education purpose, normally a healthy man should produce sperms 20 million/ml or above, of which at least 40% should be motile (i.e 8 million/ml). Any amounts above or below this limit are treated in abnormal catagory. If the sperm motility is high (this is also abnormal) then one can get pregnant very easily. If the motility is less than the standard limit then chances to get pregnant are less.

Oligospermia is about sperm counts less than 20 million/ml (low sperm count), while Necrozoospermia has diffferent meaning.
It would be better to talk to your care provider who will talk more about the disorder and see if that can be fixed. If there is chance your care provider may want you to go for IVF challenge.
