Hi naina,

To beat constipation the natural way try taking mango juice or prune juice. Just make sure that the juice is 100% juice and not concentrate. It really has very high content of dietary fiber. 2 glasses in a day shuld be enough to make you go!

Hi

You can add more fiber (apple, oatmeal etc) in your diet. Lots of fluids also helps.

Our OBGYN recommended Konsyl which is listed as natural fiber. Couple of times I had constipation I followed diet and it was fine.

Hope this helps and there is improvement in your condition.
