Baby Sitters and Creches:Feedback needed, please help

Name: Concerned After a lot of search for Housemaid and Nanny for my one year old son, I have finally found a 3o years old male who has worked as Housemaid with a family in South Delhi. As per feedback from his earlier employers, he is fully trained in household work, right from cooking, washing, cleaning, dusting etc and as competent as a female maid. He also acted as Nanny for their 9 years old son for 2 years, but he has no experience in Baby Care. He assures that he will be able to take care of baby and looks very positive about it.

Does any body has experience with Male Baby Carer/Nanny? Was he able to take care of Baby well? Please help me by sharing your experience with Male nanny/Housemaid. Any advice or comments are also solicited.
