Breastfeeding:breast feeding - help!!

my daughter is 6 weeks old, i have had good milk supply but now less milk is being produced and it is also not white like it used to be, it has now become very much like water - is this normal?? - please help, i fear my daughter is not getting what she needs and i wish to breast feed for as long as possible!!

try 2 eat shredded wheat,lots of cumin seeds and garlic.i had them to increase my milk flow.eat well,rest well.hopefully it will help.

hi,

r u trying for dieting or some sort of medication?

try to eat well n not to think of any type of dieting till ur baby is started weaning.eat nutritional food.add methi,spinach ,milk in ur diet.lots n lots of veggies,juices.avoid taking fried food,it will cause loose motion to ur baby.

n try to rest well .when ur baby take a nap u also sleep beside her.

n thn also its not helping go to see ur gynac.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
