I feel that children should be allowed to watch movies as they can teach a lot of things. Watching movies should not be thought of as a time wastage but rather taken as a learning experience. The choice of movies helps in the learning process. Parents should monitor what type of movies the kid is watching and should also guide him how to select a movie. documentaries and movies based on true life incidents are worth watching as they are inspiring and also depict the realism. Kids learn many new things from movies and also explore new countries and places. Even there is something to learn from commercial masala movies. Older kids can learn about different aspect of movie making and can share their views with parents. how animations are done, fight sequences, editing all can be learned by watching movies. Movies also help to explore many unexplored destinations. Many destinations become hit after seeing them in movies.
