Hi,
I am planning to admit my son in Vagdevi Vilas for Nursery for 2009-10 session. I saw ad for Yashoda Lalan Palan day care. The location is very convenient for me so looking at it. Pls give any feedback on it.

first thing there is mind of your comfortableness and your kid, so if you are feel convenient from this nursery so dont think much and take your decision, and teachers are also good there in nursery. My son is in Yashoda laalan paalan day care and it is quite nice. They take care of the children quite well and the kids are not unhappy there and look forward to going there. So how much your plan got successed in which school you have joined your kid.Can you suggest the best schools you have chosen and even how much can the normal person will afford fees in that schools. Ajay replied. Hello Alok,
Can you share your views about Vagdevi vilas. How was the school did you join your son in the school do you think any improvements to be done in school do we have any benefits if we join our kid in the school. Ramakant replied. I registered my son in YLP thinking that it will be a good place for him to spend 2-3 hours a day since in this time we will not be there at home (both me and my wife). It was the very first day I went to pick my son, and found him crying badly. I was scared and took my son home. We decided to withdraw the registration since my son is just 1 year old and cannot speak anything what happens there in the day care. Moreover the facility is not safe for infants at all. There are no foam tiles for kids. Imagine how badly they will get hurt if they fall.

We gave registration fee and one month fee in advance, that was around INR 6000/-

So I ended up paying 6000/- rs for one hour in YLP. YLP administration is so horrible and do not have guts to justify the reason to charge full amount for just 1 hour. Though they have no refund policy but what they will do with those 6000 rs, god only knows.

The local manager (Neetu) in YLP is dragging this refund matter shamelessly since last one month.

Kind request to all parents, don’t get fooled with YLP and please stay away from these money minded shameless people. Arati replied. Hi Alok,

May be my reply is coming a little late for you.But i am still putting it for the benefit of other parents.

I had a terrible experience with them. My child was in there creche right from there inception days but these days there quality has gone down totally.

I tried giving feedback many times but no improvement. Recently another shameful incident happened for which i complained to the deputy director of the creche but she was extremely rude and instead of checking the facts from her side she straight away said that my child was creating stories.

Luckily i have a son who is able to tell me everything about his day in creche so i got to know .

Few of the incidents which he narated to me are:-
1.Aunty told me \" I will slap you if you don' t go to sleep\" .
2. Mnay a times the aaya would tell me he finished his milk but my son use to innocently tell me that he didn' t.
3.I started packing some friuts for him as he always use to extremely hungry in the evening when we return from creche those were also very irresponsibly were misplaced by the aayas.

The deputy director was aware of all these incidents and instead of apologizing and showing ome improvements she denied all incidents.

Other parents please stay away from Yashoda lalan Palan.

After so may incidents i could have removed my child from that creche and admitted him some where else but i thought of giving the feedback to the Deputy director so that other children are not harmed. But the whole effort was waste as this lady was one sheer waste.
