Hi,
i m very upset with my 2& 1/2 yr old daughter.she is big fussy eater.At the time of eating she just runs away shouting,doesn't even wants to see the plate.i try to give her diff.things to eat.she is not used to fruits also.
what should i do to make her feel hungry.i m really frustrated with her behaviour.pls someone give me advice to overcome this.

Hi Kathy,
This is a common problem among children.
I think you should decorate your food in an attractive manner and also fix a time for your child when he is doing something he enjoys most.
Maybe you can try following this idea whic worked well for me when I was a child:
Begin telling her a story and when she gets really interested start feeding her,do tell her that and for every line she has to eat a spoon of food..Ensure you select a big story to tell her..

Try to find out what interests your kid more. Some kids like to watch TV shows, some like reading, some play puzzles. So find out your kids interest and feed them while you enjoy their interest along with them.
