Can anyone suggest me how to increase breast size. My breast size is too small and my husband don' t like them. Please suggest them if there is any medicine or cream which can help me in increasing my breast size. Please do suggest if there is any exercise.

pls understand n have confidence in yourself !

Every woman is different. Some women have small and some have big breasts, some get stretch marks and they sag after childbirth and other women it doesn' t even look any different!
You redefine the function of your breasts when you become a nursing mother. Their sexual function seems silly.. I think it' s stupid that men use breasts for sexual pleasure, when you breastfeed you will probably understand - they are there to feed babies and not to please men.

Please do not fall into any traps. It is impossible to increase the size of your breasts naturally or even with exercise. You cannot increase them unless you have implants which are expensive. I think you should tell your husband that it is the overall package that matters and not just the size.
There is no exercise. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer and caution you against frauds.

Weight loss fafter deleivery

I have 5 mths old daughter. My breast size has increased to 36 frm 32. And I have as such not gained so much weight compared to pre preg but still I am overweight. Can u suggest me something to start with as such my baby is very chipkoo. I really do not get much time. But i need tostart as it is taking on me.. I do not want to be lethargic. i AM 35YRS AN WEIGH 71 kGS. i WAS 67KGS PRE PREG.
