Hi all,

nowadays its hard for me to sit, stand or walk. also, i have lost the sleep. nights r longer nowadays. the doctors advice to sleep on the comfortable position. but i can hardly lie down. the baby is very active, round the clock, esp. during night times. if i get the kicks i will have some food during night times, which will make me comfortable and i will sleep. but nowadays, nothing can control my baby's kicks. i feel the weight on one side only but i can feel the movements around. do anyone feel like that, ican feel the weight rightside but not leftside. i have a doubt reg this. plz reply. thanks in advance

hi Jichi,

I used to feel sleepless sometime back.It was hard to be awake for 2-3 hours at night. From that time I have stopped my afternoon naps. That has really helped. And also try not to sleep on too soft bed.Contrary to u I feel baby kicks more on left side.Few more days and all will be gone.Finding last 2 months longer than past 7 months.Take care.

Hi Jichi,
Even am experiencing sleepless nights!Am having backaches and leg pains too.I get very tired if i stand in one position little longer.Less legcramps now a days, thanks to calcium supplements.Regarding baby being one side , i've not felt it.I get pain in lower abdomen sometimes when i try to stretch during sleep.

Dear Jichi,

One more thing you can do. At the time of my first pregnancy my hubby use to read some good books for me and some time he was reading story books for the baby and that was great for both of us (for me and baby). You can try this it may be help you also.

Love
Sheel

Dear JIchi,

Do not worry. What you are experiencing is very normal. I use to feel now that I am pregnant from years, awaken for nights and tired in day time. In fact if baby is active that’s a very good sing that she is just normal and healthy. Dear, its only few more weeks to go so try to relax and do not worry. Try to read some thing or put on some soft music (especially Indian classical) that may help your baby to calm down and she may let you sleep. For me also eating is not helping much. In fact I lost my appetite and my test has change drastically. But I am taking more liquid like fresh fruit juice or differently prepared mike shakes etc. some time in the night time I just put some good movie and watching it and the moment I feel sleepy I sleep there only. So dear jichi, try your best to get relaxed and engage your self in some thing.

Take care
Love
Sheel

Hi Jichi,

It is very common during last months to get vey tired.I think this is mainly due to lack of sleep.Even I do not know that from how many night i have not slept. Still you can try sleep in half lay down position.
I also feel my baby only in one side i.e right side.I think now baby is getting bigger so he can not change position very quickly. But as long as you are feeling kicks means that he is ok.
Take care
Natasha

Hi Sheel,
You can drink water but after one day of your delivery and it would be said by doctors also. You have to take care at that moment because after delivery of baby you would have lot of pain.... - Roja [View Message]

Hi Sheel,
Why do you think in such way doctors would take care of you also.So it is better you do not take any tensions for that which would be better for you only.I hope you would do that.... - Megha [View Message]
