sam,
your weight gain is not bad. Do not worry, eat healthy and add calcium proteins in diet. you will gain normal weight.
Since you lost some in first triemster you may seem not gained much weight as you should for the 23rd week, but that's fine. You should have had an anamoly scan and you may know the feteuses well being so why to worry.

let me know your weight gain in a month and we will see if you need seriously worry about, as of now looks OK.

seeing no vaginal discharge on regular basis is perfectly normal. You may get it more intense during last weeks in third trimester.

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
