Hi,
Its noticed that baby's sleep well after a bath. if yr little one does that why dont you try giving him a bath in the evenings instead.

Hi Shital,

I went through this phase of my daughter not sleeping for more than 2-3 hrs at night hen she was 3-4 months old. What our dr. suggested was to hold off on her feed till her bed time, then massage her with moisturizer till she is comfortable . Keep the lights dim & feed her, trying to put her to sleep. It worked very well. She now sleeps like clock work... she's 5 months old & u can set a clock by her sleep time. She falls asleep at 10pm & wakes only 6 am. Hope this helps you out!

Good Luck,
Suman

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
