I have 9 months old daughter who never had vomitting problem since she is born but all of a sudden for past 12 days she is vomitting soon after she is being fed.However not everyday its like alternate days. I talked to her ped but she checked her weight and said that i may be overfeeding her coz she gained 3 and half pounds in 2 months.But if i look at her schedule i only give her solids 4 times a day which includes cereal in the morning fruit paste in noon one veg in after lunch and lentil at night. but i have been giving her this kind of food for last 2 months she never vomitted before. so i am getting concerned here and need opinions that could overfeeding be the reason for vomitting or it could be \";not burping\"; after the food or its the amt of food thats being given?????? Suzie replied. May be you reduce the quantity and use more lemon in the food when the baby is vomitting give light food may be Yoghurt or Butter Milk or Rice Cungee basically give soupy food for one week and than again start your normal food with less quantity you will see teh difference and make the baby play more with play they are very happy.
