Nice to hear from you ! I am happy to know that you are doing good. Congrats once again.

Now just enjoy this beautiful phase of your life with your hubby. Hang a picture of a chubby and sweet baby in your bedroom...listen to some soft music...and always have positive thoughts in mind during pregnancy. People say these things help!!

I read your folic acid query...I strongly feel that you must take them in the pill form...that way you can be sure of the quantity that you took. Eating folate rich vegetables can help, but you will never be sure whether you had enough folate or not. And at this stage, your baby needs enough folic acid.

May be you can take prenatal multivitamins which has 800 mcg of folic acid ( I think a pregnant woman needs 800 mcg of folic acid per day...but confirm with your doctor). Prenatals might have different smell and you may not have much problem taking them.

Hi Curious,
It was great to hear from u and thanks for all the encouragement frnd.
i know folic acid is important but am unable to have those pills i have tried them but the smell drives me off and makes me feel worse . but still am thinking goin back to the doc next week to have a word with her. this weekend being a long weekend its not possible to go to the clinic before tuesday. its quite frustrating to know that i cudnt get an appointment with the midwife before 18th.. 18th is long time and it wud have been nice to know atleast whats happening meanwhile.. neways am trying for other clinics as well

Just one more thing since today afternoon am having lower abdominal pains and cramps again and at times its quite a bit.
do u think its normal or sud i just go to a emergency clinic tomorrow for a check up or something?
do let me know
