It was great to hear from u and thanks for all the encouragement frnd.
i know folic acid is important but am unable to have those pills i have tried them but the smell drives me off and makes me feel worse . but still am thinking goin back to the doc next week to have a word with her. this weekend being a long weekend its not possible to go to the clinic before tuesday. its quite frustrating to know that i cudnt get an appointment with the midwife before 18th.. 18th is long time and it wud have been nice to know atleast whats happening meanwhile.. neways am trying for other clinics as well

Just one more thing since today afternoon am having lower abdominal pains and cramps again and at times its quite a bit.
do u think its normal or sud i just go to a emergency clinic tomorrow for a check up or something?

Based on what I know, a little bit cramping is considered normal in the first few weeks of pregnancy - supposed to be the impantation cramping. If it is not too severe and there is no bleeding and the pain is bearable....then I think you should be fine.

But for mental peace, you can call some nurse or midwife and speak with her about it. I guess they should be available on phone, if not in person.

In the meanwhile, take full rest...drink lots of fluid and no heavy lifting and bending.
