I am a single mother. I am currently unemployed. I have completed my BCom until 2nd year. I want to know the prospects of Medical Transcription course, what is the eligibility and are there many opportunities in bangalore

Hi Anon,
I stay in Dubai. i have heard of some good MT Units in Koramangalam area and lots more in Bangalore city...u can definately search the net or get more information from people in this industry who r employed in Bangalore. Yeh there is a job guarantee once u r upto the mark in ur performance, which i am very sure u can do with little bit of training. Since u are a single mother u can also thinking of working from home after gaining some experience. Many people are working from home and earning resonably well. Now even i am thinking of working for home since my child is slightly grown up now...Best wishes for your future. God Bless!!!

hi anon,
i have been associated with medical transcription industry since the past 7 years, though i have taken a break now since i had my daughter.This industry has got wide prospect for people who understand, can read n write English well as well as have reasonably well hearing skills (i mean understand americal english accent). There is no specific eligiblity as such but graduation in biological science would have been an advantage. even if its not so, there is nothing to worry, they would train you for the same n you would find yourself doing extremely well in just 3-months time.
so if u r really interested then go ahead!!! all the very best!!!
