Hi dear the best way is to make your child do exercise and by doing this he will get hungry and will start having food and at the same time you can also start giving food which are rich in protein and fibre so that he filled with all those food and don't forget to give him a glass of milk with pediasure..

you should concentrate on your kids food, i think he is overweight as per your mentioned so thats why may be she not eat vegetables you should put efforts to keep her weight constant.... -
