some people saying having regular periods after delivery is good and some are saying having periods later(after stopping breastfeeding) is good.which is correct? which is good for health?

hai!!
First of all u will NOT get periods if u r exclusively breast feeding or atleast for the first 3 months for sure.but everybody's body tendency differs.so u cant tell when its good to get periods after delivery.ur body decides tht.so,wotever happens naturally is good.some ladies get their periods after 3 months even when they breast feed but most of the women dont get even till 1 year when they breast feed.
So good to ur health cant be decided on when ur periods happens.it only denpends on how regular ur period cycle occurs.Mostly u will return to ur normal cycle once u start getting periods..
