this is mahima,my husabend likes gobi very much.but only 2 recipes i can cook. pls give me more recipes from gobi. i am waiting,

INGREDIENTS
1 cauliflower (ghobi)
25 gms cashew nuts
1 cup yogurt
15 gms dry fenugreek leaves, powdered
20 gms ginger garlic paste
10 green chilies
10 gms cumin seeds
50 gms oil
Salt to taste


METHOD
1. Remove the stem portion at the bottom of the cauliflower and keep the whole cauliflower aside.

2. Immerse the cauliflower in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and keep aside.

3. Mix the cashews, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and blend them to a fine paste. Add this paste to yogurt along with salt and mix well.

4. Apply some of this mixture to the cauliflower and allow it to marinate for 30-40 minutes.

5. In a wide pan, arrange the cauliflower in the middle and add the remaining yogurt mixture to it.

6. Sprinkle dry fenugreek leaves powder on the top along with oil.

7. Cover the pan with a lid and seal the edges of the lid with wheat flour dough. (Take some wheat flour and make a fine dough by using water).

8. By doing this, the steam will not escape and the cauliflower gets well cooked.

9. Cook for at least 15-20 minutes on low heat by the same procedure.

10. Serve hot with parathas or pulao.

Subject:  cauliflower curry



Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, chopped
3 potatoes, cubed
1 chili chopped
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup peas
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon ghee or butter
2 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Optional Spices
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek (Methi)
2 Bay leaf


Preparation
1 Sauté Fenugreek (Methi) in oil till it turns black. Add Bay leaf.
2 Add potatoes, half of the spices and sauté for few minutes in medium heat.
3 When potato is half done, add Cauliflower.
4 Add tomatoes, peas, and chili and sprinkle rest of the spices over it. Cook for few minutes.
5 Serve hot with Rice or Roti.

Ingredients

Cauliflower - 1 medium size
Maida - 2 tbl. spoons
Corn flour - 2 tbl spoons
Egg - 1 beaten (optional)
Onion - 1 big
Green chillies - 2 chopped
Ginger and Garlic - finely chopped 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Aji-no-moto - 1/4 tea spoon
Oil for frying
Salt as required

Method:


Wash and cut cauliflower into small flowerets. Boil it for two minutes with little salt.
Mix maida and corn flour with little water and add egg to make a paste.
Mix cauliflower into this paste and deep fry it till golden brown in hot oil.
Heat oil in a pan fry onion, ginger-garlic, green chilli, chilli powder and aji-no-moto. Mix corn flour with little water (1 teaspoon : 3 teaspoon water). Add this into fry.
And finally add deep fried cauliflower into the above mix and fry in high flame till it is mixed and fried well.
