Dolly replied. We both are doing fine. I thot i will give u one quick recipe for healthy eating during these months.
Take one one table spoon of chana dal, toovar dal, urad dal, moong dal and soak them all with two spoons of rice. Soak for one hr in prior.
Now what ever vegetable u have, like potato, carrots, french beans, yam, cauliflower, spinach, peas, etc cut them all in medium pieces and keep aside. Now heat presure cooker, put slight oil/ghee, mustard and curry leaves tadka, put dals and rice, put vegetables, haldi, chilli powder (u can replace with finly chopped green chillies if u liek it bit more spicy), now mix them well, put double the water, salt and cover it with pressure cooker lid. 4 to 5 whistles shud cook it well. Have with ur yoghurt. this is very nutritious, like whole meal.
If u like like khichdi, then put extra water and soem more whistles.
Also, if u like it spicy u can add ginger garlice paste and an onion after tadka before putting dals.
This tastes amzazing and good for health.
bye!
Dolly replied. Dear Mala,
I am sorry to hear that, it must be really upsetting and point of worry to know that ur baby is slightly weak.
I don' t know where u live and what is ur diet like, but suggest u have an egg a day and also if Soya milk is available at ur local supermarkets try that. They are very rich in protiens. Pelase take care of urself and in turn of the baby. Kindly do not compromise on nutritious food even if u don' t like the taste of it, as it for ur precious little one.
Just another maximum three months to go and when u will give birth to healhy and strong baby, u will see how all the bad tasting food was worth eating.
Take care and cheer up ..... u still have good time to cover up.
