Dear parents,
I am writing an article on working parents or single working parents and where they leave their kids when they go to work. In India at least the concept of professional child care hasn't taken of. Many of us still rely on traditional support bases like MILs, or ayahs, etc. I wanted to know if there are other unconventional support systems we can tap into. Like other moms who are housewives and don't mind helping out with kids of working moms, or professional nannies-on-hire who take care of two or three kids together.
Also do any of you work in organisations that allow you to carry your kid to work or have flexi-timmings? It would really help me to get a real perspective if working Parents come forward to share their stories,

Hi Swati, nice to see your article for single parent looking for their kids to get good care for their loved one. i m also single parent having a four year old son who is studying at kidzee with day boarding i have kept him day boarding at same school but its not so good carefull and benificial for me to took him there. coz i have to return later from office and they are providing upto 5 pm only...so still there is problem.. there is some companies who offers some relaxation for female employee...but its still scare in india... so better way to put ur love one in a crech near your home/ some of your close friend/relative who can take care of your loved one...also suggest me where else is the best to put our loved one for their better care while working etc.
