Hi Poonam,
No need to get worry for such issues because it is not so big issue and generally tonsure or head shave will be done with in year for baby.

Hi Poonam,
I think hair will be grown for every baby when they born. And slowly the hair will be lost also.Do not do any works to remove hair from the face.If not consult to doctor.

Hi Poonam,

you can remove the hair by giving bath to your baby with some powder. You can make this powder with the following items:

Moongdal - 50 g
rice - 50 g
chana dal - 50 g
dry dates - 10 g

grind all the above items to make the powder.

I have 1 1/2 months old baby boy and it works well for him. Let me know if you have any more questions about it.
