i am feeling extremely down today . i have been married for the last 5 years with a 2 year old kid. from the beginning i have been having MIL problems. today she has accused me of telling lies .i have been an honest and straight-forward person all my life. how should i put up with this accusation. i want some sincere advices please.i know that this may seem silly to a lot of you but i am feeling extremely bad, i just felt like sharing it with someone. any name replied. i am agreed with Ariana. Opt the best option suitable to ur conditions.
One more thing i would like to add, what more ur MIL can do to hurt u ?..just all this sort of things . Right.. u know it already that u r honest n now be prepared to listen all such accusation abt which u never imagined. Be happy yaar .
It is happening since centuries. Change ur attitude rather than wasting ur time, health and happiness on these people.You child need u n ur energies more than anyone else.Preserve it for ur child only .

You didn't give much details about the situation,but avoid getting into an argument with your MIL,as it'll only worsen problems.What i suggest is to calmly tell her,you are not a liar and have never been,ask her not to accuse you of things that are untrue.If she shouts and wants to argue,tell her to believe what she wants and walk away. If you are not a liar,there is no need to justify yourself to anyone as you know the truth.Don't let this get to you,i also had troublesome in-laws and the best thing to do is to ignore it or tell them straight that you do not like to be called things that you are not.Your MIL just wants to start a fight with you,so avoid confrontations as it'll only make you look bad.Concentrate on your marriage and your child.
