she is getting teeth
and have lot of saliva
but it is more on chin not cheeks
chin is smooth and fine
but why cheeks has rash?

i think u have mentioned of this rash before too. Have u fed her something new in a week, u can discontinue that.
could be allergy to something that u might be feeding. I read somewhere that teething can cause rash near ears or itch. Is it little red dots on her cheeks? does she itch? my brother's daughter had that, dr said she has eczema, gave her cream and rash went away.

you can ask dr on ur next visit, if u have tried avoiding foods causing it, still doesn't go away, mention dr about eczema.
