What is the name of it? Please share.
My doctor told me to take over the counter iron supplement.

I am taking Iron since my 3rd month, as my Hb was little less. If ur Hb is good enough no need to take . But do not start without ur doc. advice.

I take : iron supplement by Nature Made brand which has 65mg of elemental iron. It is non-prescription. Check out stores like costco or drug stores etc. This iron suits me but keep in mind some people get constipated due to iron tablets. My dr. had recommended - Slow Fe tablets 2 times a day. You can try this brand if you like.

I have been taking iron supplements since my 5th or 6th month..its a prescription drug..Your ob/gyn should be able to prescribe to you the drug. Sorry dont know any OTC alternate.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
