I think what you mean here is \";besan\"; in hindi. if it is the same then do not use it please on the rashed skin as it dries the skin. Those whose skin is oil use this powder to remove excessive oil.

As I said earlier try uing gulab jal or glycerin. glycerin will help the skin to recover fast and as ck said do not use soap on the face.

Try using Bonne soap for batheing her otherwise.

Shikha ck replied. Don't use any soap on baby's face if she has rash. Mix green gram/bengal gram powder in water like a thin paste and use it. It is the best for skin even for adults. It makes a mess of the bathroom though and needs lot of water to wash it off.

Apply moisturizer once in a while or just wash her face with water frequently. It will take one or two weeks for rash to disappear. Just hang in there. But NO SOAP. Mom to be replied. Dear Meena

Does she have rash only on cheeks or elsewhere too? If she has only on cheeks, its due to teething. Some babies keep chewing for teething. The saliva comes out and gives a rash. So teething babies may have a rash on the cheeks. If its elsewhere too, call up your pediatrician.
