Due Date Club December 2004:Food routine?

The following is the daily food routine of my 9 month old baby.

In the morning around 10 I give her 1 jar veggie mixed with 2 oz milk and 3 spoons cereal
Around 2 in afternoon, I give her 1 spoon dal cooked with 1 spoon rice
At 4, I give her 1 jar fruit
At 7 in the evening, I give her 1 jar veggie with 1 or 2 oz milk and 2 or 3 spoons cereal.
Before going to bed I give her 5oz milk.
Early morning, I give her 5oz milk.

Is it enough for her or do I need to make any changes? Please suggest me. Thank you!

Even my son's food routine is somewhat similar to your daughter's.I am trying to include one more milk feeding in between but unless I reduce solids I can't do it.My son likes solids morethan Milk so it is so hard to balance nutrtion.

Till 12 months, the babies should take about 24 - 30 oz of formula or breast milk a day and that is the main source of their vitamin/mineral supply.

b'day party

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
