my 9 and half months old daughter has not yet started crawling. he sits well. he crals little bit on bed but not on the floor. I am worried. She tries to stand but falls. Are all the babies onthe board started crawling?? I know its not very imp milestone thogh I want to know .

my daughter was 9 months when she started crawling and 8 months when she was standing holding the sofa and crusing. Any ways just like ck said, every baby is different and crawling is not a milestone, not everybaby crawls.

Does she stand with support, like holding sofa or anything? you can start with that and slowly she will cruise around. You can encourage her by keeping a small toy little away from her, see what she does? (when she is sitting). Mine just started crawling at 9 months, so same might happen to you, she might just start crawling one day...

tina :) rk replied. Some babies never crawl and it is not a milestone. roll-over,sitting, standing and walking are milestones. Don't worry about it. You mentioned that your baby is trying to stand. It's very good. They will fall because their leg muscles are not strong yet :)Just help your baby to stand with support.
