How are u all feeling....had anyone of u had done first u/s scan.....I will be hvng first scan tomorrow..feeling quite nervous...

how are u??we donot know whether its pink or blue.may be next time we will come to know it.to see ur belly growing is a very nice experience.my son keeps touching my stomach and says baby is there inside.my EDD is 13th december.my sister is due this month itself.i donot have a company,but the moment i have started to chat with i don' t feel alone.it is very nice to chat with u,wish we can chat online sometime.let me know i will give u my email id.very interesting thing when i was pregnant for my first baby----in the afternoon i used to keep alarm after 2hrs and sleep,as soon as the alarm rang my baby' s heart beat used to increase n i could feel it very loud.now also all the time i can feel this baby' s heartbeat.whenever i keep my hand on my stomach i can feel it.ok my son is hungry,it is lunch time here.i will write to u again.

bye jess replied. wat little i know about u/s scan is that it is the sound waves which travel fast which enables us to see the baby inside the womb without using xrays. This is a good invention. But please be careful coz scan is done only 3 times during the pregnancy not beyond. IF things are not going well only then the no. of scans maybe increased.
The sound waves are not good for the baby so it shud not be done on a regular basis.
find out more about scans on the net and ask the doctor as to y is it done so frequently

I don' t know much about the tests done during pregnancy coz this is my first pregnancy but i had gone thru many articles on internet on this topic.They all says that too much u/s scan is also not good. generally scan is done max three times during whole period. If u feel no problem then it is considered that everything going inside is right only. Doctors generally measure child by urine test, blood test n abdominal size as i have told. Only these test will be done after my second scan which is due in august. It will be better if u consult this thing with ur mummy or other elder persons.

Really it is a nice experience to see child developing in our body...but i don' t understand why they do a scan for u oevery month..I am also staying in london and this was the first time doctors done my scan in third month and next scan will be done in August.....tum kahan ho europe mein....

i am 3 months pregnant for my second baby.i stay in Europe.i get u/s done everytime i visit the doctor,i go to doctor once in 3 or 4 weeks.it is a very nice experience to see our baby grow,eveytime we get to know how long or how much in gms the baby is grown.this is my second pregnancy so everytime we go and come back from doctor' s clinic we compare the scanned picture with the first baby' s growth.it is a very nice experience.all the best for ur u/s
