hi,i am ritu new to indiaparentingi i am currently living in amsterdam and shifting next month to bangalore my son' s is of 2 years and 8 months.I am very much worried about my sons admission in the NPS ,as i dont know anybody in the city i have gone through so many forums on net it is said that admission is very difficult in NPS can u both help me how can v get admission in NPS as i have read that your kids got admission in NPS .please help me with your useful advice what should i do to get admission in NPS i will surely put all my efforts to get the admission . i have read in the forums so many different things but i want to know how and what is the system in NPS to get the admission .please put your important advice forward ,
THANKS Ritu . kp replied. try kidzee for LKG. My friend' s son who was studying in kidzee banashankari got selected for NPS for 1st std. I heard they are good. Kalpana replied. Hi Ritu,

As Rashmi has mentioned, its difficult to ascertain criteria for admissions into NPS for M1/LKG. We had applied for past 2 years and we got a call this time.

For 1st std, its little straightforward with the tests and I hear admission is completely merit based.

As you are shifting to bangalore next month means you are eligible for next year admission process.
As such your son should be eligible for mon -1. By end of august you call the school to find out that when they are coming up with the admission form, collect it and fiil it. For junior class they will call the child and the parents to meet the principal, but whom they will call , that nobody knows. I have been trying in NPS from last two years . For first standard they conduct the test . If the child clears that than they give admission. my elder son wrote the test and cleared this time.
