Hope all are doing fine. Anu has started getting molar tooth and since then been fussy with eating food esp dinnertime. Just trying to figure out is it becoz of new tooth..she keeps smacking her tongue like she is feeling her tooth. Not sure of this is the month she understands more and wants to get out and play ..or if its her tooth. Tried Tv, no TV, songs, books, she as soon as she sits has started turning off..milk/cereals is fine..trying to figure out..with her barney she does manage to eat a bit more..but i don't want her to get into a habit i tried stopping initially. Any tips as to why a sudden change. She loved dal/chicken/ eggs/ potatoes etc.
SOmetimes feel just leave her alone, i know she eats if hungry, maybe something is bothering her..hate to see her lose her chubbiness. Most parent experts seem to say to leave them alone if refuse..hard to not feel guilty leaving them alone. Day care..past 2 days has been fine..she does play with her food but eventually eats up whats offered, guess thats becoz other kids all playing eating together. So any tips..welcome.

Radhika Ritu replied. My suggestion is that you call up the Pediatrician's office and ask for advice .
In India I remember they would give something warm to baby to eat to soothe the molar like - THIN Sooji Halwa .
