Congrats on loosing weight.I am also interested so can you please tell me what yoga you do for loosing weight and do u also diet.If so what food do u avoid.

hi nick,
u really cannot starve coz then that will put u in a bad mood,then it would be difficult to handle the lil one.i really get irritated if i am hungry.so i do not diet but have small meals and my coffee i cannot live without it.
regarding suryanama - it is not how long u do it but rather how many times it is done.a beginer can do 5 times i do 25 times.are u familiar with yoga?

i do the \";suryanamaskar\";.that is all i do.this has helped me before.i am back to my pre pregnancy weight.but i would like to lose 10 more lbs.
regarding food.i do not snack anymore ,even if i do i would have some almonds.
write to me about your excercise now and how much u would like to lose.
